Opis

The Compagnie des Indes LATINO VENEZUELA 4 Years Old Rum Ex-Bourbon Casks is a Venezuelan rum full of character that is selected by the independent bottler Compagnie des Indes and bottled in France.
Founded in 2015, the company stands for authentic, transparent and terroir-influenced rum bottlings that appeal to both beginners and connoisseurs.
This Compagnie des Indes Latino rum comes from the traditional Destilería Sofa, the oldest family-run distillery in Venezuela.
Made from sugar cane molasses and distilled in a column still, the rum matures for around four years in ex-bourbon barrels made from American oak under tropical conditions. This creates a balanced profile with a round structure and elegant depth.
The Compagnie des Indes Latino 4 Years Old Rum 0.7 l impresses with its harmonious combination of fruit, sweetness and fine spice. The combination of tropical barrel ageing and careful selection of distillates gives this rum from Venezuela an accessible style with a soft texture. Its balanced interplay of aromas and versatility underline the signature of Compagnie des Indes, which is known for its characterful yet elegant rum bottlings
