Opis

The Compagnie des Indes BOULET DE CANON N°15 Limited Edition 46% Vol. 0.7 l is a creative limited edition rum bottling from the independent bottler Compagnie des Indes, which has stood for authentic, transparent and terroir-influenced rums since 2015. The Boulet de Canon series was developed to bring smoky and roasted flavors to the world of rum. Each odd edition is based on innovative ageing techniques, resulting in a unique style. In the case of Boulet de Canon N°15 rum, the special refinement is achieved by maturing the rum for around 16 months in a former coffee barrel that was previously used for fermentation by a French roasting house. This unusual choice of barrel gives the Compagnie des Indes Rum N°15 an intense aromatic depth with a structure full of character.

Compagnie des Indes Boulet de Canon N°15 0.7 l impresses with its multi-layered profile of roasted and smoky nuances, accompanied by an elegant sweetness. The combination of coffee, cocoa and fine spice creates a balanced interplay of aromas with a creamy texture and long-lasting presence. This limited edition rum bottling from Compagnie des Indes impressively demonstrates the brand's experimental signature and is aimed at connoisseurs who appreciate rum profiles with a strong character.
