Opis

Glenfarclas THE FAMILY CASKS Single Cask SUMMER 2024 from the Plain Butt #1972 with 55.5% vol. in a 0.7-litre bottle and high-quality wooden crate is a strictly limited single cask bottling from Speyside that focuses on the unadulterated character of the distillery. Distilled in 2003 and bottled on 31.07.2024, this edition comes from the traditional Glenfarclas Distillery. Bottled as a single cask whisky and cask strength, this bottling is presented in its natural form without chill-filtration and without colorant. The worldwide limitation to 564 bottles underlines the exclusivity of this summer edition.

It was matured for many years in a plain butt, a type of cask that is more neutral than sherry casks and therefore leaves room for a clear, structured development. This maturation emphasizes the characteristic style of Glenfarclas and ensures depth, balance and a precise texture. The alcohol content of 55.5% gives the whisky expression and tension without compromising the harmony of the long maturation. The presentation in the wooden box rounds off the high-quality overall impression and makes this Family Casks bottling a sought-after choice for connoisseurs and collectors.
