Opis

Discarded Sweet Vermouth, a Vermouth from the UK and is characterized by its base of Merlot grapes and a unique infusion with Cascara, the normally discarded fruit of the coffee berry.
This combination creates a remarkable flavor profile that is both rich and fruity, with a pronounced bitter note.

The use of cascara underscores Discarded's commitment to sustainability. By reusing a waste product from the coffee industry, they are helping to reduce food waste.
At the same time, this innovative ingredient opens up new flavor dimensions in vermouth.
