Produced using the traditional Metodo Classico, the classic bottle fermentation method, this exceptional Vino Spumante di Qualità (V.S.Q.) combines finesse, complexity and remarkable precision. The Turbiana and Chardonnay grape varieties are used for the cuvée. The grapes come from the vineyards around the southern shores of Lake Garda, where the special microclimate ensures optimal ripening conditions. With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol., the Cuvée dei Frati Extra Brut is dry, elegant and superbly structured.
