Exclusive delicando bottling: Plantation Rum Panama 2010 Single Cask Sherry Finish

The world-renowned Plantation Rums once again impress with the Plantation Rum Panama 2010 Single Cask Sherry Finish, an exclusive bottling by delicando. This premium rum combines traditional craftsmanship with innovative refinement, making it a true rarity in the world of fine spirits.

Obtained from the finest raw materials from the Caribbean and South America, this rum reaches the final stage of its maturation in Ars, France. There, it is refined in the traditional "double ageing" process by being stored for several months in discarded oak cognac barrels - a method that has its historical roots in the 18th and 19th centuries and is known for giving rums a deep aromatic complexity.

The journey of Plantation Rum Panama 2010 begins with seven years of ageing in bourbon barrels, which gives it an ester content of 8 g/hL. After a further four years of refinement in FERRAND barrels, the rum undergoes its final finish in sherry casks, where it rests for over a year. Bottled in 2023 without the addition of dosage, this rum presents its pure and unadulterated aromas.

This careful and targeted maturation gives the Plantation Rum Panama 2010 an impressive flavor characteristic and rare qualities that make it an outstanding representative of the Plantation Rum collection. Discover the depth of flavor and sophistication of this exceptional rum, which will delight both connoisseurs and new discoverers of the rum world.
