Opis

The Illusionist Distiller's Edition 2025 45% Vol. 0.5 l + GB is the latest limited special bottling from the Munich-based Illusionist Distillery, which is known for its innovative gin compositions. Every year, the distillery presents a unique edition that is characterized by special botanicals and bears a clear signature. The 2025 edition is a tribute to the Mediterranean lifestyle and combines fruity freshness with a spicy herbal depth.

The focus is on hand-picked kumquats from the island of Corfu, whose fresh, complex acidity opens up a lively interplay of aromas. They are complemented by wild mountain herbs such as thyme and pine, which lend the distillate a striking depth, cool freshness and authentic Mediterranean finesse. This interplay creates a taste profile that is surprising, invigorating and harmonious in equal measure. The edition was bottled at 45% vol. in a strictly limited edition of just 2,345 bottles, which are available in a stylish gift box (UK).
