Opis

Monin's Saveur Noix de Coco is a coconut liqueur crafted to bring the true taste of fresh coconut into a glass. At 20% ABV and bottled in a 0.7-litre format, it draws on natural coconut extracts to deliver a smooth, tropical character that stays true to the fruit's creamy, sweet identity.
As part of the well-established Monin range, this liqueur reflects the French brand's reputation for consistent quality and distinctive, well-balanced flavours. It's designed with versatility in mind, working equally well as the star ingredient in a cocktail or as a supporting note alongside other spirits and mixers.
Reach for it when building Caribbean-style drinks, blending long drinks, or experimenting with non-alcoholic creations — it pairs naturally with fruit juices, cream, or rum. Beyond the bar, it also lends itself to the kitchen, adding tropical depth to desserts, sorbets, custards, and baked goods.
Whether you're mixing up something exotic for a summer evening or looking for a coconut-forward addition to your recipes, this liqueur offers a smooth, dependable way to bring genuine coconut flavour to both drinks and dishes.
Tasting Note
Clear in the glass with a subtle silky shimmer. The nose opens with bold, creamy coconut alongside gentle tropical undertones and a touch of sweetness. On the palate, it's smooth and full-bodied, showing ripe coconut, mild sweetness, and a hint of vanilla. The finish is round and tropical, with a lingering creamy coconut note. This liqueur suits cocktails like Piña Colada, Coconut Mojito, or Tropical Martini, and can also brighten non-alcoholic drinks made with pineapple juice, lime, or soda. In cooking, it works well in sorbets, coconut-based desserts, custards, and baking.
