This blend is a perfect marriage of rums from both the Caribbean and South America, and the secret to the consistency is the environment in which the casks are stored. If rum matures too quickly, the flavours can be harsh and underdeveloped, almost immature. By allowing our casks to rest in temperature-consistent environment, the rum is allowed to take its time to reach its full potential. We call it Thin Blue Line.
