What makes this Añejo from Cava de Oro so special is the storage: while “normal” tequilas usually mature in ex-bourbon barrels, the tequilera Puerta de Hierro uses ex-red wine barrels made from French white oak. This gives the Gran Cava de Oro Anejo its intense golden color and its unique taste.

fermented in stainless steel tanks and double distilled

Aged for 2 years in American and French oak barrels
