The Isautier Rhum Vieux 5 Ans is a blend of fresh Rhum Agricole, as well as high-quality molasses rum.
The distillation takes place in the column still process.
The rum matures for five years in French oak barrels, which are stored in the Isautier cellar vault.
Tasting notes:
Color: Amber.
Nose: Intense, balanced, notes of tropical fruit, vanilla, oak.
Taste: Soft, fine, vanilla, oak, lemons.
Finish: Long lasting
