Opis

The Mackmyra FUSION Swedish Single Malt Whisky Limited Edition 47.3% Vol. 0.7 l + GB is an exceptional Swedish single malt whisky limited edition that combines the innovative style of the Mackmyra Distillery with European wine culture. The Swedish distillery is regarded as a pioneer of modern Swedish single malt whisky production and stands for experimental cask maturation and an unmistakable Nordic style. The Mackmyra Fusion bottling is an exciting combination of the Scandinavian art of distillation and wine casks full of character.

A special cask combination was chosen for this Mackmyra single malt whisky. It was matured in Amarone wine casks and so-called Rotspon wine casks. The term Rotspon is a historical German term for red cask wine and traditionally refers to red wine that was transported or stored in casks. This unusual cask combination gives the Mackmyra Fusion Whisky an intense aroma with pronounced fruity notes and an elegant wine character. This limited edition Swedish whisky is bottled at 47.3% vol., non-chill-filtered and without the addition of colorants, which means that the natural character of the whisky is fully preserved.
