A hundred-year-old technique is used to produce the Japanese gin.
All nine botanicals come from Hiroshima.
A dry gin that reflects the sea mist and the freshness of the dominant citrus fruits.
Botanicals: 5 citrus fruits (limes, navel oranges, bitter oranges, sweet summer oranges, yuzu), hinoki (cypress bark), green tea, red perilla, ginger.
Colour: Clear.
Nose: Intense, juniper berries, lemons, hinoki.
Taste: Fresh, balanced, green tea, ginger, oranges.
Finish: Long lasting, oranges.
