Silent Pool Gin 43% Vol. 1,5l

Opis

Silent Pool Distillers are characterized by their dedication to producing high-quality spirits and a strong commitment to sustainability and quality standards.
The distillery mainly uses regional ingredients or those from trusted partners.

The award-winning gin is made from a carefully selected range of botanicals, including kaffir lime, chamomile, lavender, juniper, lemon, pepper, aniseed, mint and local honey.
A restored, wood-fired vintage steam boiler is used for the distillation, which operates a copper still handmade by Arnold Holstein on Lake Constance.

The result is a gin with a complex profile that combines floral, fresh citrus and spicy notes and offers a smooth finish.
