Why 'Variorum'? Soho's creativity and literary works were the inspiration behind the name. In literature, a 'Variorum' edition is an original work with a few touches.
Fresh strawberry and floral chamomile lead into a wave of smooth juniper with a hint of citrus. The sweet and sour palate has fruit bursting up front before a smooth vanilla spice emerges giving a luxurious creamy sensation. Strawberries and cream give way to a subtle floral tone at the end with a pronounced grapefruit flavor.
