вDingle Orange and Sea Salt Gin is a modern take on the Dingle style, inspired by the rugged Atlantic coastline of Ireland's Dingle Peninsula. It builds on the botanical recipe of the classic Dingle Gin, with orange and Atlantic sea salt added to create this particular bottling.
For the citrus element, hand-picked Spanish oranges are washed, sliced and deseeded, then macerated separately and distilled in a small copper still. The resulting orange distillate is blended with the Dingle Gin, bringing in fresh orange character without overpowering the juniper and botanical backbone of the base spirit.
The second signature touch comes from West of Dingle Sea Salt, a local family-run business. Its natural, unrefined sea salt is harvested by hand from the Atlantic and added to the finished gin, adding a subtle mineral note that links the orange with the traditional botanicals and underlines the gin's coastal Irish roots.
Bottled at 40% ABV in a 0.7-litre bottle, this Irish distilled gin pairs regional craftsmanship with an unusual citrus-and-salt combination, making it a distinctive addition to the Dingle range.
