BAYAB African Grown Classic Small Batch Dry Gin 43% Vol. 0,7l

Opis

Bayab African Grown Classic Small Batch Dry Gin is a 43% ABV dry gin inspired by the baobab tree and made to showcase the character of South Africa. It is distilled in a small-batch process from locally grown sugar cane and blended with water from the Midlands of KwaZulu-Natal.
Production takes place in traditional copper stills, a method used to draw out the aromas and complexity of the botanicals. The recipe combines juniper berries, rosemary, lemon peel, oranges and sea salt with the fruit of the baobab tree, which is central to the gin's identity.
The result is a multi-layered gin that reflects the diversity of South African flora and its African roots. It was awarded Silver at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2021. Presented in a 0.7l bottle.
