The Exíles Irish Gin is a premium craft gin from Ireland, bottled at 41.3% ABV in a 0.7 l size. It is made in small batches in classic pot stills, combining traditional distilling methods with careful, hands-on craftsmanship.
The spirit is made under the guidance of an eighth-generation master distiller, whose family has been distilling gin for more than 300 years. Alongside classic juniper, the recipe uses a distinctive set of botanicals: clover leaves, red clover blossoms, honeysuckle blossoms, rowan berries and bog myrtle. Together they give the gin a recognisable signature and set it clearly apart from traditional London Dry styles.
With a clear structure, a balanced aroma and a lasting impression, The Exíles delivers a multi-layered profile. It works well served neat, and it also makes a versatile base for both classic and modern gin drinks.
