Prakaan Tribura Series Single Malt Whisky Double Cask 43% Vol. 0,7l in Giftbox

Opis

This Double Cask single malt is a contemporary Thai whisky from the Prakaan Distillery. It belongs to the Tribura Series, named after the three historic defensive walls of the ancient city of Kamphaeng Phet. The series is built around careful craftsmanship, selected raw materials and a pairing of traditional distillation with modern cask maturation.
What gives this bottling its character is its maturation in two kinds of wood. Ex-bourbon casks of American oak are combined with ex-sherry casks of Spanish oak. The bourbon casks lend gentle vanilla and caramel notes, while the sherry casks bring fruity and spicy touches.
Bottled at 43% ABV in a 0.7 l bottle and presented in a giftbox, it balances fruit, sweetness and spicy oak, and shows off the modern style of Thai single malt.
