Balblair 21 Years Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky from the Balblair Distillery in Edderton, Scotland. The distillery is one of the oldest still operating in the country and is known for elegant, fruit-forward Highland malts shaped by careful cask maturation.
This bottling spends many years maturing in American oak casks before a final finishing period in Oloroso sherry casks from Spain. After 21 years in total, the result is a harmonious balance of fruit, sweetness and spiced sherry character.
