CASASTOS Old Tom Gin Small Batch Passion Fruit 40% Vol. 0,5l

Opis

CASASTOS Old Tom Gin Small Batch Passion Fruit is a fruit-forward take on the Old Tom style, pairing a classic juniper backbone with the exotic brightness of passion fruit. Made in small batches, it blends vivid fruitiness with the gentle sweetness that defines traditional Old Tom gin.
Passion fruit takes the lead and gives this gin a distinctive, tropical character. Elderflower and fresh lemon zest add further aromatic layers, and their floral and citrus tones sit alongside the juicy fruit while the juniper structure stays in place.
Bottled at 40% ABV in a 0.5 l bottle, this is a versatile gin that works neat and as a base for creative cocktails. Its mix of sweetness, freshness and spice makes it a standout in the Old Tom category.
Tasting Note
Dominant passion fruit with a tropical feel, supported by floral elderflower and fresh lemon zest. Mild Old Tom sweetness is balanced by freshness and spice, all set on a classic juniper structure.
