Zwack Unicum Barista puts a modern twist on Unicum, the celebrated Hungarian herbal liqueur. It pairs the traditional Zwack blend of selected herbs with 100% Arabica coffee extract, bringing together classic bitter character and a richer, more indulgent coffee note.
Part of the coffee comes from the Bányai Coffee Plantation in Costa Rica, a Hungarian-run estate known for the quality of its beans. The liqueur is aged carefully in oak barrels, which adds depth, complexity and a pleasantly smooth texture.
Bottled at 32% ABV in a 0.7-litre bottle, it suits fans of both coffee and herbal liqueurs. Serve it neat, chilled, or as a creative ingredient in special drinks.
