This partnership combines the Bowmore Distillery's long-standing whisky tradition with contemporary design and a concept that explores transitions, perspectives, and discovery. For the Oak Voyage, Bowmore uses only American oak: the single malt initially matured in ex-bourbon casks and then received a finish in Oloroso sherry-seasoned American oak butts. This carefully selected cask blend combines long-term bourbon cask maturation with the additional influence of Oloroso sherry.

The Bowmore Oak Voyage Edition 01 2026 is bottled at a robust 50.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle. As part of the Captivo Collection, this edition represents a fusion of origin, meticulous cask management, and modern design.
