Opis

A free and creative approach to blending
Famille Ricci continues its exploration of rum through singular blends, bringing together distillates from Jamaica, the Galion distillery, Belize and Nicaragua. With Famille Ricci – Festin , the house composes an expression where diversity of origins and aromatic coherence meet.
Development and balance
This rum combines distillation in pot still and column still, offering both intensity and precision. The ageing in bourbon barrels structures the whole and brings a controlled roundness, without additions, respecting the integrity of the spirit. This blend highlights a balance between power and accessibility.
A gourmet and extensive palette
The tasting evokes a generous universe, marked by notes of fruit and pastries. This aromatic richness creates an impression of profusion, offering a wide and harmonious experience, suitable for lovers of expressive rums
