Opis

As one of the most renowned independent bottlers of Scotch worldwide, Signatory Vintage Scotch stands for exceptional exclusivity. By carefully selecting malts from the most prestigious distilleries in Scotland and concentrating on individual batches and casks, Signatory creates a product that is described as "single, single, single malt" - a sign of the highest exclusivity.

As an independent bottler, Signatory has the opportunity to acquire selected casks from across Scotland that are normally used in blends and market them under its own label as single malts. This process involves the targeted selection of specific distillations or batches from the distilleries, a meticulous tasting of each cask and the bottling of only the highest quality casks from each batch.

Each Signatory bottle reflects the individual characteristics of a single cask - from taste and color to age profile. The uniqueness of each bottle of Signatory Scotch is guaranteed by precise details such as the date of distillation, the date of bottling and the cask and bottle number, providing connoisseurs with traceable quality and authenticity.

Highland Park has been producing one of Scotland's most renowned single malts on the storm-tossed Orkney Islands for over 220 years. The characteristic delicate peaty notes are created by using smoked barley malt from the company's own malting floors. During the 18 years of maturation in hogsheads, Signatory Vintage refined the spicy smoke with creamy and fruity nuances and preserved the aromas.
