Created in the early 2000s by legendary bartender Douglas Ankrah, the Porn Star Martini quickly became an international cocktail classic. Its distinctive character comes from the harmonious combination of passion fruit, vanilla, and fresh lime. With over 100 years of experience in developing premium bar products, MONIN offers a perfectly balanced recipe that guarantees consistently high quality and authentic taste – ideal for bars, restaurants, or enjoying cocktails at home.

To prepare, simply shake Le Mixeur de Monin PORN STAR MARTINI MIX vigorously with vanilla vodka and ice, then strain into a cocktail glass. Traditionally, the cocktail is served with a separate shot of sparkling wine, whose fine bubbles perfectly complement the exotic fruit aromas. The balanced blend of sweet passion fruit and tangy lime makes this cocktail mixer the ideal base for a Porn Star Martini of professional bar quality – without any complicated preparation.
