The Flor de Caña Centenario 18 Years Old matures for at least 18 years in selected, small oak barrels, making it one of the brand's longest-matured rums. The designation "SLOW AGED", which Flor de Caña is allowed to use exclusively, has been approved by the strict US government authority and indicates the natural and non-accelerated maturation process that takes place in the oak barrels.
