The GlenDronach Distillery, located in the Scottish Highlands near Huntly, is renowned for its expertise in handling Andalusian sherry casks and has been producing characterful, full-bodied single malts since 1826. "Ode to the Dark" is a tribute to the dark, mystical aromas created by long maturation in particularly active sherry casks – with notes of leather, mocha, dark fruits, and spices.
