Signatory Vintage 100 Proof Edition Ben Nevis 10 Years Old Single Malt #80 2015 57.1% Vol. 0.7l

Opis

Independent bottler Signatory Vintage presents a bold expression from the storied Ben Nevis Distillery in the Scottish Highlands. Distilled in 2015 and matured for a decade, this single malt is bottled at a hearty 57.1% vol. (100 Proof) without dilution, preserving the raw, unfiltered character that defines the distillery's output.
The 100 Proof Edition series is built around the idea of whisky in its most honest form: high strength, full body, and distillery character left untouched. This approach appeals to enthusiasts who seek out independent bottlings precisely because they showcase a spirit's true personality rather than a house style shaped for broad appeal.
Cask #80 from this 2015 vintage is said to bring together malty sweetness, fruit, spice, and firm oak influence, with the elevated ABV intensifying each of these layers. Whether taken neat or opened up with a splash of water, it's positioned as a whisky that rewards a more deliberate, exploratory tasting approach.
Overall, this release stands as a strong representation of Ben Nevis's distinctive Highland character, bottled by Signatory Vintage with an emphasis on authenticity, depth, and value for serious whisky drinkers.
